Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the iManage web application and website (the "Service"), operated by Breeva Labs ("iManage", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and use iManage for legitimate business purposes.

2. Passes & billing

• Access to the Service is sold as prepaid passes for fixed periods (for example a Day, Week, Month, or longer bundle).
• A pass grants full access for its stated duration. One pass covers every business on your account, with no per-user fees.
• Payments are processed via M-Pesa and cards through our payment processor. Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (Ksh) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Passes do not auto-renew. When a pass expires, access pauses until you buy another. Your data is kept safe while access is paused.

3. Refunds

Because passes unlock immediate access to a digital service, payments are generally non-refundable once a pass is activated. If something goes wrong on our side — for example the Service was unavailable for an extended period — contact us and we'll make it right.

4. Your data & content

The business records you enter remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data only to operate the Service for you. You can export your data at any time, and our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes others' rights.
• Resell or share access in a way that circumvents our pricing.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep iManage available and reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may update, change, or temporarily suspend features for maintenance or improvements.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breeva Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service. iManage is a record-keeping tool and does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice — you remain responsible for your own financial and legal decisions.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you within the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
